“Chris goes above and beyond for everyone—whether it’s his team or the customers. He has a special talent for seeing the best in people, even when they might not see it themselves. He’s literally saved lives, including helping a choking customer at our Midvale location, and he’s also helped me, Trisha, through some personal struggles.
Here are a few examples of how Chris has made a difference:

During a severe snowstorm, when most of us couldn’t make it to work, Chris drove around to pick up everyone who was stuck, even having to dig snow out from around his car to keep going.

When I ran out of gas and couldn’t make a catering delivery, Chris made haste to brought me gas!

Chris helps managers learn new skills and improve their work.

He cares deeply about our team and customers, knowing many by name and remembering their favorite orders.

He even buys snacks or drinks for staff when we’re having a rough day.
Chris is just always encouraging us to see each day as a new opportunity to improve and doesn’t seek recognition for all he does; he just believes in doing the right thing. He really is the heart of our Midvale Mo’ Bettahs and puts his heart into everything.”
