“Friday was a big day, and our team totally crushed it from start to finish! We kicked things off early with a huge $1,700 catering order before the store even opened. Dahlia and Isiah took charge of the morning crew and handled everything like pros. At the same time, Joseph led the prep team and knocked out 480 cookies to complete the order.
Just when we thought we could take a breath, the same company called back 30 minutes after the drop-off and asked for 15 more plates. No problem—our team jumped right back into action and got it done!
Later that night, the same company placed another catering order. The night crew, led by Tosha and Lindsey, kept the momentum going and made it happen—even while handling the dinner rush. Big shoutout to the grill team too for keeping up with all the orders flying in from online and in-store.
It was a long, busy day, but everyone showed up strong, supported each other, and got the job done with aloha. Huge mahalo to the whole team—you all made it happen!”
