Look above at the plantation-style tin roofs that mimic our grandparent’s home on Kauai where we’d spend our summers as kids.
Each surfboard you see in the stores has touched Hawaiian waters. They are shaped specifically for the constant swells that grace the islands.
A steersman paddle, like the one hung on our walls, helps to remind us of the responsibility the steersman has; to lead and guide the outrigger canoe (Hawaii’s official team sport) in the right direction.
We hang the Hawai’i state flag in our stores to pay homage to our heritage.
Throw up a shaka anytime and it magically makes you feel good The shaka is one of the most recognizable symbols of aloha, always bringing with it a feeling of happiness, friendship, and positivity. It can send any of the following meanings: Right on, everything is all right, take it easy, no worry, hang loose, cool.
