“I made an honest mistake, placing a pickup order when my wife had taken the keys to the car parked behind me (unbeknownst to me at the time). To say I was less than thrilled to call in and argue the validity of my order cancellation request would be an understatement. However, once on the phone I was handed off to the locations GM in training Hunter, who immediately (and with great positivity and enthusiasm) offered to hand deliver my order as he was getting off work. I was 100% taken aback and being on the receiving end of such unquestionable kindness was not on my agenda for the day. Hunter then came to my house and handed my daughters and I our food. It was my 7-year-olds decision to get Mo’ Bettahs today and Hunter quite literally made her day, which made my day. We live in a very divisive society nowadays, and to have someone offer their time when they should be off work to further SERVE you is just astounding. I have never, EVER had such excellent customer service. I was fully prepared to fulfill my daughter’s wish either way and DoorDash your food if my order couldn’t be cancelled. I was ready to pay $60 for the exact same amount of food to make my daughter happy. Because of Hunter, Mo’ Bettahs will always have my business.”
