Carla and Tracy are just so inspiring to be around when you’re thinking about team dynamics! They are great at seeing one another’s strengths and building one another up! When I first got to the store, Tracy couldn’t stop saying enough great things about Carla and her work. When Tracy left the room, Carla couldn’t stop saying enough about Tracy and her work! When they were both in the office together it was just a fun time watching them play “yin and yang” to one another in such a complimentary and authentic way. They were both aware of each other’s strengths, and how to work with one another in order to balance the work out! Love this sharing of Aloha between a store team and the way I could feel it from them both!
