“One Friday night, some friends and I were craving Mo’ Bettahs, so we decided to stop by the store around 9:30 PM. The place was packed, with the line almost reaching the door, and you could tell it had been a long day for the team. As soon as we arrived, one of my friends quickly headed to the restroom. We didn’t think much of it, but it turned out he wasn’t feeling well. We enjoyed our meal while he had to excuse himself several times. Eventually, we were the last ones in the store as we waited for him. When he finally came out, he approached Kaleb, feeling embarrassed, and explained that he had left a mess in the restroom. My friend even offered to clean it up himself and asked where he could find the cleaning supplies. With genuine kindness and aloha, Kaleb simply replied, “Don’t worry about it, just promise me you’ll get home safe.” We were all blown away by his response. The care and compassion he showed in that moment spoke volumes to us. During the entire car ride home, we couldn’t stop talking about how incredible and caring his reaction was.
