She is always extremely friendly on the phone and makes sure that we’re able to handle any orders that she’s getting for us, as well as checking that we know exactly what the guests need and when they need it. I love hearing about people who exemplify the aloha spirit! I’ve seen Ruthann brighten many customers’ day while working at the register in the store.
