He also advocates building a tight-knit team. He was so touched by the care package he got when he joined Mo’ Bettahs that he started making his own for every new team member at Bluff, complete with a flower to rock their Aloha fit. He was also thoughtful to save on beverage cup wastes and gave his whole team tumblers for them to personalize—super fun and practical! His background at the PCC (Polynesian Cultural Center) on the island of Oahu also really shows how he leads today. His Aloha really shines through, and it’s awesome to see how it rubs off on his whole team. Their enthusiasm was truly contagious!”
