“This is Tony, an invaluable part of the team here at the Midvale Mo’ Bettahs. He’s our second team member to be benchmarked as a musubi master, and he’s super proud of it. He cranks out 80-100 musubi a day and loves letting our guests know he made theirs! He’s so quick, we just call him ‘The machine’! He’s also one of the best cashiers around. It’s cool how people recognize him at places like Ross or the mall and tell him they know him from Midvale Mo’ Bettahs. Tony’s just awesome and a huge part of our team.
