“On Saturday, the SLC team had their staff meeting and pulled together the whole team to talk about our mission statement, Be Aloha. As we were planning out the meeting and giving assignments to our leads to talk on various points, we were thinking of who exemplifies and understands this the most and the person that came to mind was Kawohi. I’ve had the privilege to not only work with Kawohi, but also her sister Emily and her dad Kurt and these are individuals that truly show and understand how to Be Aloha. So, we asked Kawohi to speak to her peers about our new mission statement and what it means to us as a brand and as someone that shows this on a daily basis. She got up in front of the team and crushed it! The rest of our shift leads went on to talk about our values and ideal team player as well but wanted to shout out Kawohi for standing up in front of our whole staff and talking about how to Be Aloha!”
