From Herriman customer Mark Gaudette:
“I fell in love with teriyaki chicken when I was 14 years old at my first real job working as a dishwasher/sauté chef at Demae Japanese restaurant on center street in Provo. Very hard work and when the patrons slowed down, we had dinner together. I thought it was the best teriyaki chicken on the planet. The smells of the restaurant and the constant smooth pop from cozy 106.5 had me fall in love with the umami sweet and savory. Since then, I lived with a Tongan family who kindly took me in. I learned about mix plate. I’ve constantly searched for great teriyaki flavor and juicy fresh chicken. I go to Mo Bettah’s 3 or 4 times a week on average because it’s consistent and I’m a Teri snob and they’re good or they text me and strive to do better. Definitely recommend Mo Bettah’s over any other competition for flavor and all-around clean healthy food. I’m lean and cut at 43 with a diet of eggs in the morning and Mo Bettah’s at night. Mahalo, team!”
