Susy & Jas were scheduled to be at work at 4 a.m. for our early start Paycom catering order. On their way in, they got caught in a heavy downpour and spun out on the highway—an experience that would shake anyone. Continuing to keep the grill flowing and communicating to Jerry where they spun out so he could go check on them while I kept the pace at the store, I turned around and unexpectedly there stood Susy and Jas, we hugged a hug of relief that they were safe from the spin and the tornado that touched down just 5 miles away and they jumped in without skipping a beat. Despite the scare and being without her car, they still found a way to make it in, soaked but determined. Thanks to their dedication and calm under pressure, the catering went out smoothly and on schedule. Their commitment and resilience didn’t just save the day—they reminded us what true dependability looks like.
