“Marcos recently celebrated a birthday on Monday, and had a staff meeting the day prior. His whole team wanted to do something fun for him, as they see how hard he works everyday. Each employee pitched in and together they got him a PS5. On another meeting day, Marcos turned out to get the biggest surprise. I am not sure how he held back the tears but he was able to! Marcos brings great energy to his culture and its no wonder his team wanted to do something special for him. There is too many people I want to give a shoutout to, because it was a whole team effort. I appreciate each and every one of you!”
