“Last Friday, one of my employees who works 2 jobs had a rough day at her other job but still came in at night for her shift. When she came in, she asked to be on dish and it was apparent she needed a pick-me up. Without being prompted or asked, my General Manager In Training Trevor disappeared and returned 5 minutes later with a little bundt cake from next door for her. That simple gesture helped to turn her night around and I was impressed to witness this act of selflessness toward an employee he’d never met or worked with before.”
