Hawaiian eatery to open in Yukon
YUKON – Mo’ Bettahs Hawaiian Style Restaurant is slated to make its Sooner State debut in Yukon on March 18.
Located at 809 N. Czech Hall Rd., Ste. A, the 2,800-square-foot restaurant will feature a unique Hawaiian Islands style. According to a release, brothers Kimo and Kalani Mack, who grew up on Oahu, set out to create a restaurant that reflects their love for Hawaii’s unique culture, food and beauty. When guests enter the new Mo’ Bettahs in Yukon, they’ll enter an environment influenced by the colorful plants, flowers and waters of Hawaii.
They’ll enjoy Hawaiian staples like grilled teriyaki chicken or steak, kalua pig, pulehu chicken, katsu chicken or shrimp tempura – along with the brand’s one-of-a-kind macaroni salad and steamed rice.
“We’re excited to bring our fresh-from-the-islands food to a new state as we continue to rapidly grow in 2022,” Kimo Mack said. “Oklahomans won’t find flavors like Mo’ Bettahs anywhere else.”
The Yukon location will be the 29th Mo’ Bettahs nationwide. A total of 20 new sites have been scheduled to open nationwide this year.
